This home is beautiful with so many thoughtful details. It was stocked with everything you could need, even children’s items like toys and special dishes for them. We especially loved the backyard and pool. The hosts were extremely quick to respond to anything we needed. Wir waren im Juli 2026 für 8 Tage im Sa Caseta und wir waren absolut begeistert von dem Haus und von der Freundlichkeit und Serviceorientiertheit, die uns entgegengebracht wurde. Das Haus liegt ruhig und doch nah zum Zentrum von Santanyi, so dass das Auto am Abend stehenbleiben kann und man die vielen tollen Restaurants in Santanyi auch bei einem guten Wein genießen kann. Keine 5 Minuten zu Fuß liegt ein sehr guter Supermarkt, der auch über einen guten Bäcker verfügt, so dass man jeden Morgen frische Croissants oder leckeres Baguette holen kann. Das Haus selbst ist ein Traum. Die Schlafzimmer sind alle mit Klimaanlage und bis auf eines haben sie Bad en suite. Bei dem vierten SZ im EG liegt das Bad gegenüber, ist aber ebenfalls groß und geräumig. Die Küche ist toll ausgestattet und sehr modern und der Wohnbereich sehr modern und gemütlich. Die Außenanlagen sind hervorragend und wir haben natürlich den Pool und den Barbecuebereich sehr genossen und viel genutzt. Fazit: Absoluter Tipp!

We had a truly wonderful stay. juana and her daughter Silvia couldn’t have been more helpful throughout. From our first enquiry to our departure. The house itself is beautiful and very well stocked. We travelled with our young baby and a crib, high chair, changing mat and baby bath were provided along with some lovely wooden toys. Very thoughtful and very much appreciated. During our stay there was a storm which knocked part of to pool cabana off, we told Silvia about it and it was fixed that same day. The communication was always fantastic and we can’t recommend a stay here enough! The town is great and the town centre is a short walk away, there are plenty shops nearby both walking distance and a Lidl 4 mins drive. All in all a fantastic experience!

This is a beautiful and extremely well set out property. You can tell that a huge amount of thought has gone into the planning and layout of the rooms and facilities. The house has everything you could require and can accommodate 8 adults comfortably. The external shower and toilet by the pool are really thoughtful additions (so no wet feet inside the house!). The check in process and directions provided are extremely clear and dealing with Silvia is an absolute dream - all instructions on arrival were accurate and any questions were answered immediately. Santanyi town (roughly a 10 minute walk away) is a gorgeous town with many excellent restaurants. We were at the house for 7 nights only but ate out every evening and we did not have a single bad meal (East 26, Es Moli, Laudet and Alchamy being our four favourites). The villa was brand new and beautifully renovated. The four bedrooms and bathrooms were spotlessly clean and very comfortable.Check was easy and the villa was easy to find. It had secure parking. This home is amazing and is just like the photos, if not better. It’s extremely well designed and has all of the amenities! It’s pristine. We were two families of four and we had plenty of space! The evenings at the house are truly amazing, I’d highly recommend staying here.
