We can’t say enough about this house and the owners. Juana and Cristina were very friendly and helpful throughout our trip. The house is decorated extremely nicely from living area, bedroom, bathroom and outdoor pool area. You will have everything you need. This house is well taken care of we we felt well taken care of. We spent one week in this nice house in Santanyi. The house is nicely furnished with new equipment, it is spacious (we are five people, but there was even room for more) and has a very nice garden (incl. pool). The Center of Santanyi could be reached within 10 minutes (walking distance). The communication with our host and the reception was very smooth and friendly! We can absolutely recommend the house!

What a beautiful place! The house was immaculate and set up with everything you could possibly need. Beautifully decorated with a great outdoor pool space, open kitchen and dining/seating area. The master bedroom we were in had double doors that opened onto a large, sunny and private balcony area. The location is just on the edge of the city so it was very peaceful but yet only a few minutes to walk into town. (Try Es Moli - a great restaurant only a 3 min walk away!) It was quite chilly when we were there in early March, but there were electric space heaters that made the rooms cozy and comfortable. Our hosts Juana Maria, Silvia and Cristina were so helpful and friendly, and were super responsive with communication from start to finish. Thank you so much for a great 2 week stay! We wholeheartedly recommend this beautiful property! We'll be back for another visit 🙂

My ONLY complaint about this home was that we had to leave it. It is truly one of the most magical villas. Designed to perfection with everything you might need. The best design and lay out and vibes. Fell in love with the town and so much is walkable and amazing food shops just around the corner. The only sounds we ever heard were neighboring roosters which made it even more perfect. I could have stayed forever. ❤️

We have just stayed for 1 week at the beautiful Villa Caseta. We were a family of 7 adults and one 8 month old baby. The villa is beautiful inside and out, with all new amenities to cater for large families. It is a 15 minute walk into the lovely village of Santanyi with plenty of shops and restaurants to choose from. The pool area is fab, although the pool is not heated although it was extremely hot the week we were there. There is a covered area for outside eating and a veranda with outside seating, There are baby toys provided very kindly by the hosts. The whole house has been architecturally designed to a high standard. The beds, linen and bathrooms were all of high quality and very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you would need for family lunches and dinners. A big thank you to Sylvia, Juana Maria's daughter, she was extremely helpful and anything we asked for, was dealt with promptly and efficiently. We had a wonderful relaxed week at this villa and I can highly recommend it, We would love to come back and stay again

We had a fantastic time at Juana Maria’s house. It is even better than it looks in the pictures and the comms, decor, warm welcome, and small details were absolute perfection. The weather was super hot and the pool gloriously warm and yet refreshing at all times. We would definitely recommend staying here and will certainly be back 🥰🥰

We went there as two families with kids, one with a baby and joined by my mother. The communication with Silvia, Juana Maria’s Daughter, was very friendly and they were always ready to help with any information we needed. We informed them very late about our arrival time and they still made everything possible to hand over the house on time. The house itself is just beautiful! Everything was clean and it looks like on the pictures. It has a bathroom for each room and even one outside so that you can shower or use the toilette when spending time at the pool without bringing water or sunscreen in the house. The pool is not heated, which is common but might be useful to know for parents with babies. We used the it from 4.00 pm onwards with the baby, warmed from the day and with some shady areas then. The baby crib had a mattress and toys where provided as well. Even pool accessoires such as a dount or a baby swimming ring were there! The kitchen is well stuffed, too. A large fridge & freezer, juice maker, nespresso coffee machine. Santanyi Centre is close by as well as three supermarkets (agromarkt, Eroski & Lidl). We decided to not have a rental car given the price increase this year and supermarkets nearby, which was manageable but not recommendable 😉 Overall, it was one of the best experiences we had with Airbnb!

This house is perfection, book immediately! So clean and beautiful. The pool area is amazing. They have everything you need. The hosts were so kind and wonderful. They even gave us a bunch of kids stuff for our babies. We hope we can stay again soon!

We loved “la Caseta”! Everything was really clean and well organised. The electro domestics, kitchen stuff, furniture, bed linen… were like new. It was beautifully decorated and the layout of the house fantastic! The house have two really comfortable/big bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms on the top floor (including a great terrace!) and two smaller, one with en-suite and the other with access to a bathroom on the common area. And another small wc and shower (with hot water!) In the side of the swimming pool. Juana Maria was so kind and nice that when I asked for a couple of soft pillows (as the pillows are memory foam ones), she went and buy them and bring them to me some hours after request, which facilitated my sleep as I’m pregnant and I find quite difficult sleeping well. Thank you JM for everything! We loved your place in the middle of Santanyí.

A beautiful property a short walk from a fantastic town. And 10 mins drive from many beaches A warm welcome from the hosts and great communication too. The villa feels brand new and is just what we needed for our stay as 4 adults and 2 kids under 4 years old. Hope to stay again in the future if we are ever in Santanyi again
