Charming brand new villa in Santanyí (completed in September 2019). Located in a privileged place with views of the countryside.
The town center square, where a well-known traditional market is organized every Wednesday and Saturday, is a 10-minute walk away.
We are a family of architects from Mallorca and we have built this modern design villa preserving the style and soul of traditional Mallorcan houses.

Space

The house is distributed over 2 floors, with an outdoor area with a swimming pool, a 100 m2 solarium, a barbecue, a chill out area, a toilet for the pool, a garden and an outdoor parking space with capacity for 4 cars.

On the ground floor we find 2 double bedrooms and two complete bathrooms, one of them en suite. A room that combines the living area with the dining room and the kitchen, which is connected with an island that has stools. The dining room table seats 8 people. The entire room looks outwards through a window that connects to the pool and barbecue. Additionally, there is a specific area for the washing machine and iron.

On the first floor we find a room with direct access to the terrace, and 2 double bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms. One of the bedrooms also has access to said terrace with views of the countryside, ideal to enjoy with a glass of wine at sunset.

As we believe in the importance of preserving our planet, we have built a cistern that collects rainwater, which is used throughout the house. You will discover the pleasure of taking a shower with rainwater. We have also arranged solar panels on the roof of the house, to heat the water thanks to the sun. In addition, to ensure energy efficiency, the house has very good thermal insulation.
It is heated with air conditioning and air heating, so it is prepared for stays in any season of the year.

We have cots, high chairs to eat and children’s toys, upon customer request.
